Allied Management has particularized expertise managing distressed real estate assets for bankruptcy trustees and court-appointed receivers. Eric Beatty, the co-founder of Allied Management, has served as a court-appointed receiver over hundreds of properties since 2001. Allied Management has completed the take-over, stabilization, rehabilitation and sale facilitation of these and other properties in Southern California and understands the problems and operational needs particular to distressed assets.
