Due to the July 13th, 2020 order from Governor Newsom, our office hours will once again be limited until further notice. Effective immediately, our corporate office hours are as follows:

Monday through Friday
10:00am to 4:00pm
Closed for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Phones will not be answered before 10:00am, after 4:00pm and between 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

For the sake of our employees’ health and to do our part to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, our office remains closed to the public and by appointment only for our clients and tenants. We ask that anyone who is planning to bring payments, invoices or other items to our office during this time please either mail or email them. You may also slide the items under our office door if you are unable to mail them. For tenants who would like a receipt for any payments mailed to us or left under our door, please make a note on your payment and we will either mail or email you a receipt.

We apologize for any inconvenience these adjustments may cause. We ask for your understanding during these difficult and unpredictable times.
